The Church

Heavenly Father, we honor Jesus Christ as the Head of the Church, may His authority be acknowledged and revered in all congregations (Colossians 1:18).
Lord Jesus, our Foundation, grant us strength to stand firm on your teachings amidst trials (Philippians 2:9).
Gracious God, we recognize Jesus Christ as the Ruler and King of His Church, may His sovereignty be honored by all believers (Ephesians 1:22).
Merciful Savior, as the Keeper of the Church, protect us from heresy and division, and intercede for our well-being (Ephesians 5:29, Romans 8:34).
Shepherd of our souls, guide us with gentleness and care, leading us to safety and nourishment (John 10:11, Isaiah 40:11).
Lord Jesus, our Bishop, nurture and cherish us as your flock, and grant us wisdom to seek your guidance (1 Peter 2:25).
Sovereign God, may our churches be centered on Christ, recognizing Him as Founder and Carer, and may His presence be felt in all aspects of our worship (Ephesians 5:24).
Heavenly Father, we thank you for the privilege of being part of the Body of Christ, may we faithfully serve and build each other up in love, reflecting the unity and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:16).

Gracious Father, we thank you for the eternal nature of the Church, which stands firm against all opposition, supported by your divine power (Matthew 16:18).
Lord Jesus, as the eternal King of the Church, we trust in your reign over us, knowing that no force can prevail against your sovereignty (Matthew 16:18).
Heavenly Father, help us recognize ourselves as the Body of Christ, unified under Jesus's headship, and empowered by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:22-23).
Lord Jesus, as the Head of the Body, guide us in our unity and mutual support, that we may edify one another in love (Ephesians 4:16).
Merciful God, grant us the wisdom to understand our role as members of the Body of Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit and united in purpose (Ephesians 1:13).
Sovereign Lord, may the Church, as the Body of Christ, fulfill its purpose in unity and love, bearing witness to your grace and truth (Ephesians 2:22).
